Foundational Certificates: The seminary provides a Certificate in Christian Religious Education (CCRE) in English and a Certificate in Christian Religious Knowledge (CCRK) in Hausa, designed to equip students with foundational biblical knowledge and teaching principles.
Diploma Programs: Students can enroll in a Diploma in Theology (DTh) or a Diploma in Christian Religious Education (DCRE) to further their ministerial and educational training.
Undergraduate Degrees: GTS offers a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Christian Religious Studies (affiliated with the University of Jos) and a Bachelor of Divinity (BD) for both full-time and part-time students.
Biblical Languages: Students in the degree and diploma programs must master Basic Biblical Hebrew and Biblical Greek, which are essential for in-depth scriptural exegesis and interpretation.

Theological Exegesis: New Testament Exegesis and Hermeneutics
Postgraduate Studies: Postgraduate Diploma in Theology (PGDTh), Master of Arts/Master of Theology (MA/MTh), Master of Divinity (MDiv), and doctoral programs including the Doctor of Ministry (DMin) and PhD.
Spiritual Disciplines and Worship: Students participate in regular chapel services, corporate prayer, and bi-weekly Friday seminars to foster spiritual maturity and community devotion.
Practical Fieldwork: The Practical Pastoral Fieldwork program exposes students to the day-to-day operations of local churches, where they engage with sub-groups and gain hands-on leadership experience.
Vocational and Life Skills: For certain programs, students participate in Home Economics, learning practical skills such as food and nutrition, bead making, and textile management to support self-reliance and family life.
Community Projects: Historically, students have participated in “Faith Projects,” contributing direct labor to the physical development of the seminary, such as constructing hostels and other facilities.
